Northbound on Merritt Parkway: Proceed from Merritt Parkway North to Exit 48 (Main Street). At end of exit ramp, take a left. Proceed to second light and take a right onto Edison Road. Proceed to stop sign and bear right onto Churchill Road and then proceed down hill to White Plans Road. Proceed 1/4 mile and at the light take a right onto Reservoir venue. Proceed 1/2 mile and take a left onto Maefair Court. Maefair Health Care Center is nestled in the woods off Maefair Court.

Southbound on Merritt Parkway: Proceed from Merritt Parkway South to Exit 50. At bottom of ramp turn right and continue onto White Plains Road. At second traffic light turn left onto Reservoir Avenue and proceed 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Maefair Court. Maefair Health Care Center is nestled in the woods off Maefair Court.
