Northbound on Merritt Parkway: Proceed from Merritt Parkway North to Exit 48 (Main Street). At end of exit ramp, take a left and proceed to first light and take a right onto Edison Road. Proceed to stop sign and bear right onto Churchill Road and then proceed down hill to White Plains Road. Proceed 1/4 mile and take a right onto Reservoir Avenue. Proceed ½ mile and take a left onto Maefair Court. Maefair Health Care Center is nestled in the woods off Maefair Court.

Southbound on Merritt Parkway: Take Exit 50 from Route 15 (Merritt Parkway). At bottom of ramp turn right and continue onto White Plains Road. At second traffic light turn left onto Reservoir Avenue and proceed ½ mile and turn left onto Maefair Court. Maefair Health Care Center is nestled in the woods off Maefair Court.
