South Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is 96-bed facility providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term, respite, hospice and dementia care. We are pleased to offer the Rockland and surrounding communities our quality services. Rehabilitation Services

Our rehabilitative program offers a full range of specialized therapy services designed to maximize the recovery of our residents and help return them to their prior status, prior residence, or to achieve and maintain their highest level of functioning.

The following services are available:

  • Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies
  • Orthopedic Rehab
  • Stroke Rehab
  • Pulmonary Rehab
  • Cardiac Rehab
  • Generalized Deconditioning
  • Skilled therapies are available up to seven days a week, if indicated by a physician and patient’s individualized treatment plan
