The dining rooms recall the tasteful ambiance of a fine hotel dining room or restaurant. More like formal living rooms, our lounges provide a warm atmosphere for private conversation, family gatherings, or a place to relax with a good book.
Accommodations at Laurel Ridge are either private or semi-private, and all have been furnished with an eye for style as well as comfort. Cable televisions and telephone hookups are available in each room. Wireless Internet service is available. Some residents may choose to accent their room with their favorite belongings.

Individualized Treatment Programs
Our focus is on restoring optimal functioning as quickly as possible. Sub-acute care helps patients regain and maximize their levels of independence in a relatively short length of stay.
Laurel Ridge has identified over 140 diagnostic related groups (DRG'S) for which Sub-Acute services would be more medically appropriate and cost effective than treatment within the acute care setting.
Sub-Acute Medical Services are designed to provide medically complex patients with acute services. They include intravenous and enteral therapy, pain management, post surgical care, non-acute cardiac care, specialized skin and wound care, dialysis support, and pulmonary management.
Sub-Acute Rehabilitation Services help patients regain and maximize levels of independence following joint replacement, amputation, orthopedic injuries, stroke, and other cerebral insults, multiple trauma, progressive neurological or neuromuscular diseases and other medical and surgical diagnoses.
Skilled Nursing Services provide short-term medical management and skilled nursing intervention. Prescriptive therapy is provided as required. Services may include respite care, hospice care, and short-term alternatives to acute hospitalization or home care.

Laurel Ridge is well equipped with 7-days-a-week coverage to maintain an aggressive, comprehensive level of treatment in a setting that makes the entire process more pleasant.
Our goal-oriented treatment program focuses on the potential, not limitations, of the patient. Daily interdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing re-evaluation of the treatment plan ensure that the therapies are appropriate for the patient while maximizing their outcomes. Through the support of family members and our dedicated staff, patients receive the proper motivation to reach their own goals.
Attentive Personal Care
Each resident of the Laurel Ridge community has a specific history and an individual need for care. As a patient of Laurel Ridge, a person is treated with respect by members of our professional, courteous staff. Great effort is made to service every individual personally, keeping his or her wellness and comfort a top priority.
Skilled nursing care is provided for medically complex, sub-acute, short-term rehabilitation and long-term patients 24 hours a day. Physical, speech, occupational therapists as well as specialists in dentistry, psychiatry, audiology, ophthalmology, podiatry are available as prescribed. Dietary planning and nutritional guidance are also provided.
In a pleasant, sophisticated environment, Laurel Ridge residents are encouraged to participate in the community life. Social, cultural and recreational activities are available for residents to choose from.
