Getting to Glastonbury Health Care Center

From New Haven: North on I-91 to Exit 25 "Putnam Bridge/Route 3." (Do not take Exit 23, Route 3.) Proceed on Route 3 over Putnam Bridge. Continue straight--do not get off at Main Street Glastonbury exit. Take Route 2 East, Norwich. Bear right where Route 17 separates from Route 2, then take an immediate Exit 8, Route 94. Turn left at end of exit, follow Route 94 (Hebron Avenue) for 1.9 miles. Glastonbury Health Care Center is on the left, at number 1175.

From Hartford: South on I-91, to Exit 25, "Putnam Bridge/Route 3." At exit end turn left onto Route 3 North, over Putnam Bridge. Proceed as above.
