The Abbott Terrace Mission

Our mission is to return each patient to his or her highest level of independence, with our ultimate goal of returning the patient to home as quickly as possible.

We make this commitment to each patient and family, based on our team treatment approach and an organizational commitment to clinical excellence.

Our services provide the necessary link between acute care in the hospital and discharge home.

Getting to Abbott Terrace

From Hartford: I-84 West to Exit 22. Take a left onto Union Street. Take a right onto South Elm Street. Proceed straight to third traffic light. Take a left onto Kingsbury Street and take first left onto Abbott Terrace.

From Danbury: I-84 East to Exit 22. At first traffic light take left onto South Main Street. Proceed straight through downtown Waterbury to fifth traffic light. Take a right onto Kingsbury Street and first right onto Abbott Terrace.

From Naugatuck: Route 8 to 84 East. Proceed as above.

From New Haven: Wilbur Cross Parkway (Route 15) North to I-691 West, to I-84 West. Proceed from Hartford direction above.
