Management Biographies

Managing to Succeed

Drawing on a wealth of knowledge and experience, Athena will continue to be the benchmark for excellence in health care service development, delivery and operational administration. Athena's management team consists of over 50 professionals, all experts in their diverse disciplines. This team works closely with each facility's staff to collectively achieve the goals for patients, residents and employees.

Over the past 20 years, Athena's principals and senior management staff have developed and introduced over 30 vertically integrated health care centers throughout the region, raising performance for long-term and sub-acute health care delivery in Connecticut and beyond. Athena offers a comprehensive list of management services from which to choose based on each facility's unique needs. To guide and ensure a smooth integration of the Athena services, an action plan is developed that fully assesses the facility's goal and objectives.

Athena's management team complements each facility's management staff – working together, they strive to provide the very best in health care services and operations.
